Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to quotations, works and services provided by JCD Property Maintenance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quotations and scope
Quotations are based on the information available and the scope described at the time of assessment. Additional or concealed work identified during the job is quoted separately and only carried out once approved.
Site access
The client is responsible for arranging safe and reasonable access to the property, including keys, access codes, parking and any building induction requirements.
Specialist and licensed work
Where work requires a specific licence or trade qualification, it is coordinated with appropriately qualified trades. Those works remain subject to the relevant trade's own terms and warranties.
Payment
Invoices are issued on completion unless other arrangements are agreed in writing. Payment terms are stated on the invoice.
Cancellations
Please provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Costs already incurred for materials or booked trades may be charged.
Insurance and liability
JCD Property Maintenance is fully insured, and documentation can be provided on request. Liability is limited to the works performed and does not extend to pre-existing defects or matters outside the agreed scope.
