The business is now expanding its commercial, strata, real estate and facility-maintenance capabilities while maintaining the personal accountability and workmanship of an owner-operated company.
That background matters on site. Scopes are assessed realistically, quotations reflect the actual work involved, and jobs are coordinated so property managers and facilities managers spend less time chasing progress.
